If you really want to know if postpartum belly wraps work, I want to tell you they do. I’m a physical therapist and a mom of 4. I wore postpartum belly wraps for 3 out of 4 of my pregnancies and I tried all different kinds. I know what works and what doesn’t work and I was able to compare the difference between recovering post pregnancy with a postpartum belly wrap and without one. There was a huge difference.
